Matchbox.io, the brand behind highly popular voice apps such as Question of the Day, Kids Quiz, and Riddle of the Day, has been named a Finalist in two categories for the 2021 Project Voice Awards.

According to Project Voice, the awards "honor global best-in-class achievement across voice technology and conversational AI." Matchbox.io has been named a Finalist for the 2021 Voice of Gaming Award for Gaming Voice/AI Developer of the Year. In addition, Matchbox Founder and CEO Joel Wilson and Chief Content Officer Sarah Andrew Wilson have been named Finalists for the 2021 Voice/AI Pioneer of the Year award.

"Throughout the past year, our team experimented with several new use cases of Voice AI to enable more hands-free experiences," said Sarah Andrew Wilson, Chief Content Officer of Matchbox.io. "Our new voice applications, new voice-enabled mobile app, and new daily podcast for smart speakers were created to make users' days a little easier and brighter. Matchbox.io is a previous recipient of four Project Voice awards, including the 2020 Voice Developer of the Year and 2020 Amazon Alexa Developer of the Year awards.
